2024年8月6日，京师律所阿联酋合作办公室主任、京师成都分所主任付庆刚，京师律所国际合作委员会主任、京师律所阿联酋合作办公室联合创建人黄露娟，京师律所国际合作委员会副秘书长李蓉共同前往阿联酋迪拜进行实地调研，进行了一系列重要的商务与法律交流访问活动，为京师律所在中东地区本地化法律服务体系建设奠定了坚实基础。

On August 6, 2024, Fu Qinggang, Director of the UAE Cooperation Office of Jingsh Law Firm and Director of Jingsh Law Firm Chengdu Office, Huang Lujuan, Director of the International Cooperation Committee of Jingsh Law Firm and Co-founder of the UAE Cooperation Office, and Li Rong, Deputy Secretary General of the International Cooperation Committee of Jingsh Law Firm, traveled to Dubai, UAE, for an on-site research trip. They conducted a series of important business and legal exchange activities, laying a solid foundation for the localization of Jingsh Law Firm's legal service system in the Middle East.

8月6日至7日，付庆刚主任在迪拜展开了密集的拜访与交流。首先，他访问了迪拜MBG事务所，与相关负责人就双方关心的法律和商务合作事宜进行了深入细致的探讨，为未来可能的合作描绘了蓝图。

From August 6 to 7, Director Fu Qinggang led a team in Dubai for intensive visits and exchanges. They first visited the MBG Corporate Services UAE, where they held in-depth discussions with relevant responsible persons on legal and business cooperation matters of mutual concern, sketching out a blueprint for potential future collaboration.

随后，付庆刚主任来到了中国国际贸易促进委员会（中国国际商会）驻海湾地区代表处，与首席代表赵丽艳及代表处工作人员程周浩进行了座谈。双方就中国企业在迪拜及中东地区的数量、业务开展情况进行了全面交流，为京师律所更好地服务中国企业“走出去”提供了宝贵信息。

Subsequently, Director Fu Qinggang and his team visited the Representative Office in the Gulf Area of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT)(China Chamber of International Commerce), where they held a meeting with Chief Representative Zhao Liyan and staff member Cheng Zhouhao. Both sides exchanged comprehensive information on the number of Chinese enterprises in Dubai and the Middle East, as well as their business operations. The CCPIT provided valuable insights to help Jingsh Law Firm better serve Chinese enterprises "going global."

在迪拜期间，付庆刚主任还特地拜访了阿联酋川渝商会同乡会，与一批在迪拜生活创业十多年的川渝企业家进行了亲切的座谈交流。这次交流不仅增进了彼此间的了解与友谊，也为京师律所在中东地区拓展业务网络、服务华人华侨企业奠定了良好的基础。

During their stay in Dubai, Director Fu Qinggang and his team also visited the Sichuan Chongqing Chamber of Commerce and the Association of Fellow Provincials in the UAE(CYCC&AFP/UAE), where they engaged in lively discussions with a group of Sichuan and Chongqing entrepreneurs who have been living and working in Dubai for over a decade. This exchange not only enhanced mutual understanding and friendship but also laid a solid foundation for Jingsh Law Firm to expand its business network in the Middle East and serve overseas Chinese enterprises.

8月7日上午，付庆刚主任考察了迪拜义乌中国小商品城，与部分入驻的中国商家深入交流，了解他们如何通过这一平台将中国产品销往整个海湾地区的创业经历。这一考察活动为京师律所在为“一带一路”沿线国家提供法律服务时，如何更好地理解和支持中国企业的海外发展提供了第一手资料。

On the morning of August 7, Director Fu Qinggang and his team visited the Yiwu Market in Dubai, where they engaged in in-depth discussions with some of the Chinese merchants operating there. They learned about how these merchants use this platform to sell Chinese products throughout the Gulf region. This visit provided first-hand information for Jingsh Law Firm on how to better understand and support the overseas development of Chinese enterprises while providing legal services to countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.

当日下午，付庆刚主任拜访了中华人民共和国驻迪拜总领事馆，与经济商务处韩凤、林建斌进行了座谈交流。双方就中国企业走进阿联酋过程中遇到的问题及解决方案进行了深入探讨，付庆刚主任就京师律所正在筹备的迪拜长驻机构计划进行了通报，并希望能够为更多的中国企业走向阿联酋、阿联酋企业走向中国提供专业的“全生命周期”法律服务。与会人员对京师律所的这一举措表示认可和支持，认为这将为中国企业在阿联酋的创业之路提供更加坚实的法律保障。

In the afternoon, Director Fu Qinggang and his team visited the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Dubai, where they held discussions with Han Feng and Lin Jianbin from the Economic and Commercial Office. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on the challenges faced by Chinese enterprises entering the UAE and potential solutions. Director Fu Qinggang provided an update on the progress of establishing the Jingsh Law Firm Dubai Cooperation Office and expressed the hope to offer professional "full lifecycle" legal and business services to more Chinese enterprises entering the UAE and UAE enterprises entering China. The attendees expressed their recognition and support for this initiative by Jingsh Law Firm, believing that it would provide stronger legal protection for Chinese enterprises in the UAE.

Additionally, Director Fu Qinggang and his team visited the local Zayed Al Shehhi Advocates and Legal Consultancy in Dubai, where they exchanged views on future cooperation in the field of legal services. Both sides expressed their commitment to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation, jointly providing higher quality and more efficient legal services to clients in Dubai and the Middle East.
